What Is Cardiac Rehabilitation?

Cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive program designed to help individuals recover from heart-related conditions such as heart attacks, heart failure, or other heart problems that required surgery or medical care. It is a supervised program that includes physical activity, education about healthy living, counseling for stress relief and mental health improvement, and a team of healthcare professionals, including exercise and nutrition specialists, physical therapists, and counsellors
