2. Redemption period: Within 3 months from the purchase date.

6. The PWP Add-On test/package is only available with certain Screening Packages. You are entitled to purchase the PWP Add-On up to the total number of screening packages purchased.
7. Gifts are available while stocks last. If your chosen gift is out of stock, ReGen reserves the right to substitute an alternative gift.
8. If you have any severe medical conditions e.g. history of end-stage renal failure or ongoing treatment for cancer, kindly seek our advice before purchasing.
