Online purchase of health screening products.
- Not exchangeable for other items / packages / medications / services non-refundable.
- Allow for multiple package purchase group purchase.
- Purchases are transferable with the request of the purchaser.
- Validity will be based on individual products as stated.
- Payment only via this website.
- ReGen Rehab Hospital reserved the right to amend terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
Redemption of health screening product (online purchase)
- Upon successful online purchase of health screening product, our team will call you within 1-3 working days to schedule an appointment.

- Kindly provide the following details for appointment purposes:
- Name as per NRIC
- NRIC Number
- Contact Details
- Preferred Health Screening Date
- Purchase Order ID
- Validity period of the purchased product differs based on the respective product as stated in the terms and conditions of each individual product.
- Please make your appointment at least 5 working days in advance.
- Specify if the appointment is made under a different name than the purchaser’s name.
- Proof of purchase required at appointment and registration counter.
- Additional charges may apply if the doctor recommends further tests or procedures.
- Preparations and instructions for health screening will be advised prior to your appointment.
- If you are interested to get a copy of your official receipt, kindly inform our cashier on the day of your health screening.
Refund / Cancel / Exchange of product.
- ReGen Rehab Hospital may, at its sole and absolute discretion, allow cancellations, exchanges or refunds on Product(s) purchased, on a case-by-case basis, on the following conditions:
- The request for cancellation is made within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of order of the product(s).
- All products on the website are offered subject to availability.
- ReGen Rehab Hospital reserves the right to change those terms conditions.
- Purchasers are required to email to hs@regen.rehab for any of the above requests or enquiries.
- Discount voucher codes
- Discount voucher codes are only valid on www.regen.rehab
- A valid code must be entered at the shopping cart / checkout page in order to redeem the discount voucher code.
- Discount voucher codes can only be used for the registered customer.
- One user ID can only use 1 discount voucher code.
- Discount voucher code is limited to 1-time use only.
- Discount voucher code’s validity. Once expired there will be no replacement of the voucher code.
- Not exchangeable for cash.
- ReGen Rehab Hospital reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of discount voucher code for any reason, including:
- Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or coupon use.
- Coupon abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers
- Not valid on other promotional products.
- Improper use or redeem of voucher code.
- Inability to use or redeem a voucher code.
- How Do I Redeem My Voucher Code?
- In order to redeem the voucher code, you could start by simply select the health screening that you would like to purchase from ReGen Rehab Hospital website. After you have finished selecting your desired product(s), proceed to the ‘Cart’ page by clicking the shopping bag icon on the top right corner.
- To apply the voucher, just submit the code in the empty field designated for the voucher and just click ‘Apply’
