  • Schedule an appointment.
  • If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please bring along any test results or reports for the doctor to review and assist in diagnosis.
  • Fasting (if required):
  • Follow your healthcare provider’s instructions about fasting. Certain blood tests (lipid profile, fasting glucose, and abdominal ultrasound) typically require a 6 to 8 hours fast. Drink plenty of water unless instructed otherwise.
  • Hypertension medicine should be continued prior to your visit.
  • Urine samples will be collected on the day of examination (For female applicant only: If you are menstruating on the day of your test, we will postpone the urine test (after 5 days of menses).
  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals the day before, as they can affect some test results
  • Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep to ensure you’re well-rested.
  • Please wear clothing that can be easily removed if necessary for examination and allow easy access to the upper arm for blood-taking.
  • Avoid wearing excessive jewellery or accessories.
  • Registration: Present your identity card or passport for registration. Insurance information to be provided if applicable.
  • Insurance or Third Party Administrators (TPA): Our team will assist you the procedures requires by respective companies and administrators.
  • Sample collection
    • Blood sample: Blood taking process by trained healthcare professional.
    • Collection urine sample, if required depend on health screening package.
  • If you have a stress test appointment:
    • To bring along your sport or jogging shoes to perform this test.
    • Please have a light snack should you need to consume any food.
    • To inform the doctor or nurse if you are undergoing any treatment or taking any medications.
    • If you are suffering any chest pain or breathing difficulty, to notify the doctor or nurse in advance.
  • If you have an abdomen & pelvic ultrasound appointment:
    • Require a full bladder (avoid emptying your bladder before the ultrasound).
    • Require to drink several glasses of water.
  • Report Collection and Consultation on the same day: It will take approximately 3 to 4 hours, depending on the type of test that you are requesting.
  • You may reschedule your doctor consultation for another day.
  • Schedule any recommended follow-up appointments or tests.
  • Adhere to any new medications or treatment plans prescribed by your doctor.
  • Continue to follow a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep as recommended by your doctor.
  • Follow up: It is important for you to repeat your health screening at least once a year or more frequent as advised should there be any abnormalities in the results range.

  1. Validity period of the purchased product differs based on the respective product as stated in the terms and conditions of each individual product.
  2. Please make your appointment at least 5 working days in advance.
  3. Specify if the appointment is made under a different name than the purchaser’s name.
  4. Proof of purchase required at appointment and registration counter.
  5. Additional charges may apply if the doctor recommends further tests or procedures.
  6. Preparations and instructions for health screening will be advised prior to your appointment.
  7. If you are interested to get a copy of your official receipt, kindly inform our cashier on the day of your health screening.
